Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. mashed bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together by hand.
Bake in greased and floured tube or Bundt pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cake will crack slightly on top.
Cool in pan for 1 hour before removing. For icing, use a cream cheese type or none at all.
