Wolfpack Tailgate Barbecue Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    4 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 thick slices lemon
    1 medium sliced onion
    1/2 c. margarine
    4 c. (2-inch strips) cooked beef (leftover roast, such as chuck, sirloin tip, etc.)
    1 c. prepared chili sauce (tomato)
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    kaiser or hamburger rolls
Preparation
    Early in the day, combine vinegar, water, sugar, mustard, pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, lemon, onion and margarine in a Dutch oven.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
    Remove lemon slices.
    Add meat, chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Refrigerate.
