Drop Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    3 or 4 Tbsp. Crisco shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    buttermilk as needed
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Cut in Crisco.
    Mix and add just enough buttermilk to moisten dough so you can drop biscuits with a tablespoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until light brown.
