Scalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pt. water
    1 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. water with flour (to mix)
Preparation
    Melt and pour over casserole.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
