Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cooked
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Take chicken off bone and cut up into small pieces. Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
