Ingredients

1 frying chicken, cut up
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Place in 2-quart utility dish with meaty pieces to outside and bony pieces in center.
Mix together next 6 ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cook for 20 to 24 minutes on High power.
Rotate 1/4 turn half-way through cooking time.
Evenly sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over chicken.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Return to oven for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Rest 10 minutes.
