Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. cooking oil (Crisco)
    2 c. buttermilk
    5 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar and salt to yeast mixture.
    Then add all ingredients together and mix.
    Pinch off the amount you want to bake.
    Make biscuits and turn in greased pan.
    Put the remaining dough in refrigerator to be used as you wish.
    It will keep a long time.
    Bake as usual.
