Pecan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 Tbsp. pecans
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    4 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 tsp. corn oil
Preparation
    Preheat broiler and set broiler rack at second level from heat. Grind pecans and bread crumbs together until fine.
    Dip each piece of chicken into the breading, coating both sides.
    Pan-fry chicken on each side for 1 minute in oil.
    Transfer breaded chicken to broiler pan and broil for 2 minutes per side.
    Serves 4. 190 calories. 7.1 g. total fat (5.5 sat).
