Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Combine potatoes, milk, eggs and sugar.
Beat at high speed. Add flavorings.
Mix baking powder with 1 teaspoon milk and add to potato mixture.
Pour into 2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
