Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. buttermilk
1/2 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Crisco shortening
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. warm water
Preparation

Add yeast to water.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Roll out dough as you would for regular biscuits.
Dip in butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
Dough can be kept in the refrigerator in covered bowl for 3 days.
