Cinnamon Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. biscuit mix
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. brown sugar (dark)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Place 1 tablespoon butter in a bowl.
    Microwave 30 seconds. Stir in biscuit mix, sugar, nutmeg, egg and milk.
    Beat 30 seconds. Place paper liners in cupcake holder or custard cup.
    Fill each one 1/2 full.
    Microwave on High, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes, turning 1/4 turn every 30 seconds.
    Let cool 2 to 3 minutes.
    Place remaining butter in a small bowl and microwave 30 seconds.
    Mix in sugar and cinnamon.
    Dip warm puffs into batter and then into sugar mixture.
    Serve warm.
