Grilled Corn In The Husk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ears corn (in husk)
    4 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Prepare grill.
    Carefully peel back the husks on each ear of corn, but do not detach.
    Remove and discard silk.
    Rub each ear of corn with 1/2 tablespoon butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pull the husks back up around the corn and tie them snugly at the top with heavy kitchen string.
    Arrange corn on grill.
    Grill. Turn frequently until the husks are blackened in spots, about 12 minutes.
    Cut off the string.
    Remove husks and serve immediately.
