Deviled Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can salmon, minced
1 Tbsp. bacon fat
3/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to suit taste
mashed potatoes
boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation
-
Mix milk and bacon fat; cook until thick.
Add this sauce to salmon.
Add salt, pepper and boiled eggs and mix.
Pour into baking dish, cover with mashed potatoes and brown.
