White Chocolate Salties(Candy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. white chocolate
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    3 c. pretzel sticks
    1 c. salted Spanish peanuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine chocolate and shortening in double boiler.
    Cook until chocolate melts.
    Pour into a large bowl.
    Stir in pretzels and nuts.
    Spread onto buttered 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Chill about 20 minutes or until firm.
    Break into pieces.
    Store in airtight container.
    Makes 1 1/2 pounds.
