Pastry Recipe (Meat Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. suet, ground fine
1/4 c. lard
1 tsp. salt
6 to 7 Tbsp. cold water
1 lb. diced flank or round steak
1/2 lb. diced pork
1/2 lb. diced potatoes
1/2 lb. diced onions
1/2 lb. diced turnip butter
Preparation

Work lard in flour with pastry blender.
Then add suet and work in thoroughly.
Add water to make a soft dough just a little more moist than ordinary pastry dough.
Divide dough in 4 parts.
