Grilled Turkey, Cheese And Tomato Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    4 slices cooked turkey
    2 slices Swiss cheese
    8 thin tomato slices
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Spread each bread slice on one side with butter.
    Arrange 1 slice turkey, 1/2 slice cheese and 2 tomato slices on 4 of the buttered sides.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Top with remaining 4 slices of bread, buttered sides in . Beat eggs with milk, salt and cayenne in shallow dish.
    Melt the 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet or griddle.
    Dip sandwiches in egg mixture to coat both sides, using a flat spatula.
    Brown sandwiches in butter, turning to brown both sides and melt the cheese.
    Makes 4 sandwiches.
