Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red potatoes
    1 small jar minced garlic
    garlic powder (heavy)
    seasoned salt (not heavy)
    water
    butter (1 c. more or less, I like more)
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into pieces.
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt and garlic powder.
    Add minced garlic; fill empty jar with water and add to mixture, then add parsley.
    Bake at 400\u00b0, uncovered, until golden brown.
    Stir and cook again until golden brown.
