Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 small can green chilies, chopped
    2 small cans pimentos, chopped
    1 lb. ground meat, lightly browned
    1 doz. tortillas
    1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
    1 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Heat soup, milk and Velveeta cheese in double boiler until cheese is melted. Add chilies and pimentos. Brown meat. Combine grated Longhorn cheese and onion. Fill each tortilla with cheese/onion mixture. Roll lightly and place in baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over the enchiladas. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
