Pecan Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 (1 lb.) box light brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream butter until light. Add sugar and continue creaming until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Mix in flour, soda and salt, then remaining ingredients. Drop from a teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheets, spacing cookies about 2-inches apart, and bake 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and cool on wire racks.
    Makes about 5 dozen.
