Mostaccioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 c. water
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. mostaccioli noodles, cooked
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain noodles. Set aside. Brown meat. Add green peppers and onions. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water and seasoning.
    In a 2-quart casserole, layer half the noodles, meat sauce and Velveeta cheese. Repeat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
