Rachel Kalberer'S Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed out well
    6 eggs
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1/4 c. melted butter
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add cream cheese and sour cream; beat.
    Add melted butter, cottage cheese and spinach; beat.
    Fold in cheese (add 1 to 2 tablespoons flour if cottage cheese is watery).
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
