Bacon And Egg Brunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

white bread
3 c. milk
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
1 lb. bacon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Remove crust from bread.
Place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. (Fill all the spaces.)
Fry bacon and break into pieces.
Sprinkle cheese and bacon on bread.
Beat eggs and add milk.
Pour over bread and sprinkle salt on top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake the next day for 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
