Beef Chuck Boiled Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large beef chuck
    6 carrots, peeled and cut in halves
    6 potatoes, peeled and cut in halves
    1 head cabbage, cut in quarters
Preparation
    In electric frying pan, scorch meat on both sides.
    Keep meat in middle of pan and add water until pan is 3/4 full.
    Put cabbage in far corners.
    Carrots and potatoes in middle.
    Cover for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until done.
