Low-Fat, No Salt, Chicken With Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow eyed beans, soaked and cooked according to pkg. directions
    1 1/2 lb. ground chicken or turkey
    1 c. chopped onion
    6 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    1/3 c. cumin
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook the meat until no longer raw in a heavy pot over medium heat.
    Stir while cooking to break it up in small pieces and keep from burning.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Cook another two minutes while stirring gently.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Simmer five minutes.
    Serve over brown rice.
    This is delicious.
