Lazy Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. tapioca
    1 c. water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/4 c. wine
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    salt and pepper
    potatoes
    carrots
    onions
    celery
Preparation
    In large casserole, mix together tomato sauce, tapioca, water with bouillon dissolved in it, wine, beef stew meat (cubed), salt and pepper.
    Cut up potatoes, carrots, onions and celery; add to other ingredients and mix well.
    Cook in 250\u00b0 oven for 4 to 4 1/2 hours.
    Keep covered during cooking time.
