Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. pork sausage
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    3 c. milk
    2 c. uncooked cubed potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    bay leaf
    1 (No. 2) can cream-style corn
Preparation
    Break up meat and saute with onion.
    Remove and reserve. Cook milk at low temperature with potatoes and bay leaf for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are done (watch to keep from scorching).
    Add salt, pepper and corn, then sausage.
    Serve hot. Excellent with corn bread.
