Mexican Casserole Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
2 cans green chili peppers, drained
1 1/4 pkg. corn tortillas
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large can Ranch Style beans
1 lb. grated Velveeta cheese
2 bunches green onions, stems cut and included
salt, pepper and garlic to taste
Preparation

Cook meat in skillet until done.
Add salt, pepper and garlic. Add green chili peppers, onions and beans.
Quarter soft tortillas and spread in a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
Pour meat mixture over tortillas.
Cover with a layer of cheese, then another layer of soft tortillas.
Add sour cream and soup, then another layer of cheese.
Dry fry remainder of tortillas and eat as chips with casserole.
