Sweet Minglers Candy Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts
6 c. Kellogg's Crispix cereal
1 c. confectioners sugar

Preparation

In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate at high for 1 minute or until chocolate is melted.
Stir in and mix peanut butter and peanuts.
Gently stir Kellogg's Crispix cereal into chocolate-peanut butter mixture, until well coated.
Place confectioners sugar in a 2-gallon storage bag.
Add coated cereal to sugar and close bag.
Gently shake cereal mixture until well coated.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
Makes 8 cups.
