Overnight Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, finely chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
8 to 10 pimento stuffed olives, diced
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Combine cabbage, green pepper, onion, olives and salt in large bowl.
Mix well and set aside.
Combine vinegar, oil, mustard, sugar and celery seed in small saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Pour dressing over vegetables, tossing lightly.
Chill overnight.
