Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    2 slices bread, crust removed
    2 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    dash of red pepper
    1 large egg, beaten well
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Add mayonnaise and broken bread slices.
    Beat well. Add salt, peppers, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard.
    Mix in crab meat.
    Make into cakes and fry until brown.
