Ingredients

1 - 10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 eggs or egg beaters
1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes till set.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
