Orange Blossom Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten slightly
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. biscuit mix, sifted
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. undiluted orange juice
    1/4 c. Smucker's marmalade
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, oil, juice and water.
    Add sifted biscuit mix.
    Stir in marmalade.
    Grease small muffin pans; fill 2/3 full. Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or until brown.
