Old-Fashioned Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. soft bread, cubed
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk, warmed with 1/4 c. butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place cubed bread in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Blend in all remaining ingredients.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
(This would have been placed 1-inch from the edge of the baking dish.)
