Blueberries 'N Cheese Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. plus 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. blueberries (frozen or fresh), rinsed and drained
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind or 2 tsp. ReaLemon
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    Combine 2 cups flour, salt and baking soda; add to batter alternately with the milk and water.
    Coat the blueberries with the 1/4 cup flour; fold into batter gently with cream cheese and rind.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    (I just spray the glass pan with Pam.
    Glass pans seem to work better than metal.)
    Top with topping.
