Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, grated or finely sliced
    1/4 c. boiling water
    salt
    1 large carrot peeled and finely grated
    1 small green pepper, sliced very thin
    juice of 1 small lemon
    1/4 c. fresh dill or 2 Tbsp. dried dill
    1 to 2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over cabbage. Add salt and knead well.
    Add other ingredients.
    Refrigerate.
