Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

Blend cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar.
Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
Fold in whipped topping.
Blend well. Spoon into crust.
Chill until set, at least 4 hours.
Garnish with fruit, if desired.
You can make ahead and freeze.
Take out 1 hour before using.
