Shoe Peg Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Shoe Peg corn (white)
    6 pieces celery
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    1 tsp. salt
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Chop celery, pepper and onion.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Marinate in 1/4 cup wine vinegar and 1/2 cup oil.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
