Mrs. Linda'S Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

1 stick oleo
1/2 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
5 egg yolks
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream oleo, Crisco, sugar and egg yolks.
Add flour and soda. Add buttermilk.
Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into mixture. Stir in coconut and pecans.
Bake in 3 (9-inch) pans, rounds pans for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
