Mushrooms Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms (with 1 to 2-inch caps)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Clean the mushrooms and remove stems.
    Place caps, open end up, in a shallow greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Set aside. Finely chop the mushroom stems.
    Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet.
    Add mushroom stems, onion and garlic.
    Cook slowly until onion and garlic are slightly browned. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and oregano.
    Mix in the onion, garlic and mushroom stems.
    Lightly fill mushroom caps with mixture.
    Pour 2 tablespoons olive oil into the baking dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and tops are browned.
