Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    bread crumbs *
    3 eggs, beaten *
    flour *
Preparation
