Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can wax beans
    1 can green beans
    1 can small red beans
    1 can chi-chi beans (chickpeas) (ceci)
    1 onion, cut up
    1 green pepper, cut up
    3/4 c. sugar plus 3 Tbsp.
    2/3 c. vinegar plus 4 Tbsp.
    1/3 c. oil plus 2 tsp.
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients.
    Mix remaining ingredients and stir well, so sugar is dissolved, then add salt and pepper to taste. Add to beans, etc.
