Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1 stick butter or oleo
    4 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    2 c. broken nuts, rolled in butter and toasted in a 350~ oven for 15 minutes, stir twice
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all together in large pot. Stir continuously over low heat until it boils. (Will scorch easily.)
    Cook for 10 minutes, stirring continuously off of bottom. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
    Add vanilla.
