Barbecued Redskins(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 lb. frankfurters
Preparation
    Brown onions in butter.
    Add next 10 ingredients.
    Simmer for 30 minutes and pour over frankfurters in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 (moderate oven) for 30 minutes.
