Corned Beef Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1/2 c. finely sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped sweet pickles
1 tsp. grated onions
1 c. cubed corned beef or 1/2 (12 oz.) can
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
3 tsp. chili sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Combine potatoes, celery, pickles, onions and corned beef. Blend mayonnaise, mustard, chili sauce, salt and pepper.
Pour over potato mixture and toss lightly.
Chill thoroughly.
Garnish, if desired, with crisp lettuce leaves, tomato wedges and carrot curls.
