Maids Of Honor - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yokes
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. ground almonds
    Grated rind and juice of lemon
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    Nutmeg
    Puff pastry
Preparation
    Put eggs in bowl, beat in sugar, lemon peel, juice, almonds, cream and nutmeg.
    Beat until mix is smooth.
    Put pastry in tart pans and fill half-way with mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes until filling has turned golden and almost set.
