Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked carrots, mashed
    1 c. grated cheese
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs, finely crushed
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake, uncovered, in a casserole dish for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
