Eclairs By Evelyn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 pkg. vanilla pudding
    chocolate icing
Preparation
    Heat water and butter until boiling; stir in flour.
    Stir vigorously on low heat for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat; beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
    Roll in shape of fingers.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Split and fill with pudding. Top with chocolate icing.
