Mom'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato soup
    1 envelope dry onion soup
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk (if needed)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix thoroughly beef, 1/2 can tomato soup, onion soup mix, cracker crumbs, egg and 1/4 cup milk if mixture is too dry.
    Firmly shape meat in 9 x 5-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Spread remaining soup evenly over
    meat loaf.
    Bake 15 minutes longer or until done.
