Fig Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. fig preserves, strawberry or whatever kind of preserves you like
Preparation
    Sift flour and mix all ingredients. Blend well and pour in greased tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
