Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream together oil, sugar and eggs.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Fold in carrots and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 55 minutes.
